Returns Policy Club Cinq

At Club Cinq, we believe that a purchase is only successful when you are completely satisfied. You can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.

How to return

Email us at info@clubcinq.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply with the return instructions.

All returned products are inspected. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty will not be taken back and it may, at CLUB CINQ's option, be returned to you at your expense or kept.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, Club Cinq will refund the order amount minus the shipping and return costs, within 14 days.

For returns from outside the EU, please contact us first at info@clubcinq.com. Import duties and local taxes paid on delivery are not refunded by Club Cinq.

At Club Cinq, we encourage mindful shopping to reduce unnecessary returns. That is why we do not offer free returns: the return shipping costs are for your account.
