Where is the Club Cinq store?
Our store is on the first floor of the Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium, Van Baerlestraat 27, 1071 AN Amsterdam, in Amsterdam Zuid near the Museumplein. Open Monday 11:00 to 18:00, Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 to 18:00 and Sunday 12:00 to 18:00.
Which sizes do you offer?
Baby clothing comes in sizes 1 to 24 months, children's clothing from 1 to 16 years. Some knitwear comes in combined sizes such as 3-4 years. Our Tremezzo T-shirts and tops fit small: we recommend ordering one size up.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free worldwide on orders over €300. Below €300: Netherlands €8, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg €9.95, other EU countries €15, outside the EU from €17 (the exact rate is shown at checkout). All orders are shipped with UPS. Outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may apply.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt. Email info@clubcinq.com with your order number and the items you want to return, and we will send the return instructions. Items must be unworn and complete. Return shipping is at your own cost; we refund the order amount within 14 days after approving the return.
Do you offer gift wrapping and gift sets?
Yes. Our gift sets are folded by hand and wrapped in the white Club Cinq gift box with a satin ribbon, free of charge. You can add a personal message, which we write on a card in the box. In each set you choose a size per piece and you can leave out a piece.
What is a good luxury newborn gift?
Popular newborn gifts are our baby gift sets with a velour pyjama and a bodysuit with a collar, and the baby alpaca blanket. Every set is wrapped in our gift box with a card carrying your own message, and every piece is classic, soft and made to be kept.
Where are Club Cinq clothes made?
Every piece is designed in Amsterdam. Our baby bodysuits and velour pyjamas are made in North Macedonia, our alpaca cardigans, baby sets and blankets by artisans in Peru, our mohair wool sweaters in Italy, and a few pieces, such as the Paris Nord dress and the St. Michel top, are handcrafted in the Netherlands.

Club Cinq is the curated world of Kathelijn Ruys-Quist, Kaat to those who know her. Since 2010 she has been dressing children in classic pieces that are made to be kept and passed on.
