Club Cinq is the curated world of Kathelijn Ruys-Quist, Kaat to those who know her. Since 2010 she has been dressing children in pieces that are made to be kept.
A curator, not a trend
Kaat collects. A fabric with a history, a colour she saw on a terrace by a lake, a collar she remembers from an old photograph. Club Cinq brings those finds together into clothes for children: classic, refined and made to be worn.
Every collection is made in small quantities, so each piece stays a little special.
A mother of four
Kaat knows what children do in their clothes. They run, climb, dig and dance. So every piece has to be beautiful and strong: soft on the skin, easy to move in and good enough to pass on to the next child.
Alpaca from Peru, knitwear from Italy, babywear from North Macedonia, printed cotton from London and limited editions from the Netherlands. Everything comes together in Amsterdam.
